Your Role:

The successful candidate will leverage data to identify target buyer personas and articulate market positioning. You will be responsible for crafting and executing effective go-to-market strategies, adapting swiftly to evolving circumstances, and nurturing robust relationships across product, sales, and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold compelling value propositions for key audiences by utilizing research insights, user behavior analytics, and customer case studies.
  • Serve as the primary advocate and thought leader for Constant Contact's cutting-edge digital marketing solutions.
  • Play a pivotal role in launching new product features, coordinating launch strategies to attract new leads and engage existing customers. This involves collaboration with essential stakeholders and evaluating outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer during the development of new product features, ensuring clarity in messaging and intuitiveness in user experience.
  • Support our sales channels by collaborating with sales enablement to equip the team with knowledge about the challenges we address for small business clients. This includes creating internal resources and external marketing materials to facilitate the sales process.
  • Work closely with product management to grasp the product roadmap and translate technical specifications into messaging that resonates with target buyer personas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, or similarly fast-paced sectors.
  • Proven track record in launching new products aimed at small businesses or non-profit organizations.
  • Familiarity with mobile applications and enhancing user engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong writing abilities with a knack for storytelling and adapting content for various stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of creating and delivering engaging presentations using tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in performance tracking, with the ability to analyze what strategies are effective.
  • A collaborative team player with a history of achieving results through effective cross-functional partnerships.
  • An MBA or advanced marketing degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and accountability. You are a proactive individual with a passion for managing complex projects under tight timelines.
