Senior Program Manager for Weapons Systems

Position Overview:
The Senior Program Manager for Weapons Systems is responsible for the design, execution, and oversight of organizational initiatives that align with corporate objectives. This role involves applying advanced methodologies and contributing to the evolution of innovative strategies. The individual will lead the formulation of solutions to intricate challenges, operating with significant autonomy and accountability for mentoring and developing first-level supervisors or managers.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior leader in PEO USC, PEO Ships, or SEA 21.
- In-depth understanding of shipbuilding, weapons system procurement, and original equipment manufacturer contracts.
- Competence in executing business development initiatives.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a major program management or deputy program management role within PEO USC, PEO Ships, or SEA 21.
- Familiarity with business development, capture strategies, and proposal creation.
- Proven ability to cultivate and lead teams to secure new opportunities.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing, Engineering, or Test and Evaluation.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
