About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a defense mission professional, you will be responsible for creating solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Department of Defense (DoD) full portfolio of energy programs
  • Provide energy-related policy and governance for programs and activities that enable resilient, efficient, clean, and cyber-secure energy for Joint forces, weapon systems, installations, and tactical environments
  • Conduct reviews of existing statutes, policies, guidance, and legislation pertaining to installation or operational energy
  • Develop and coordinate communications and meetings to resolve program or project execution issues
  • Manage project timelines to determine gaps, impacts, and risks
  • Assist with resolving program or project execution issues, developing and coordinating communications and meetings, and executing assigned special projects
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with program analysis
  • 2+ years of experience with Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Service staff, or Joint Staff
  • Experience in the evaluation of installation or operational energy initiatives as they relate to advancing DoD energy initiatives
  • Knowledge of the OSD's full portfolio of installation or operational energy programs
  • Knowledge of legislative and policy authorities that relate to installation or operational energy
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
