Job Summary

Tactical Air Support is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tactical Systems Analyst to join our Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining Tomahawk Missile program requirements, performing system and program analysis, and collaborating with developers to create software and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and advance Tomahawk Missile program requirements
  • Conduct system and program analysis to inform requirements development
  • Collaborate with developers to create software and system requirements
  • Participate in test documentation and scenario development
  • Work with Original Equipment Manufacturer on system integration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of USN/USMC aircrew experience with credentials in strike planning and weapon employment
  • Travel (20%) required to various work sites throughout the U.S.
  • Valid state driver license
  • US. Citizenship
  • Current and active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
Desired Experience/Skills
  • Experience with various operational squadrons, training squadrons, test squadrons, program offices, and tactical centers of excellence
  • Familiarity or experience with the U.S. Armed Forces and Department of Defense (DoD) federal contractors and the aerospace, defense, or commercial aviation industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects
Work Authorization
  • Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form
  • Tactical Air Support is a Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace. Pre-employment, random, or for cause drug/alcohol testing (including for marijuana) required
