Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to become an integral part of our team. This role will involve supporting the design and execution of our CRM systems, assisting in the intake of electrification projects, and managing collaborations with third-party partners.

You will enhance the experience of both customers and colleagues by advancing electrification initiatives from their inception, providing essential support for electrical project design, and collaborating closely with our Sales, Install Operations, and Lead Electrician teams to ensure precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in electrification, thoroughly understanding and effectively conveying the complexities of electrical installations to assist both customers and team members.
  • Facilitate training and performance management for an outsourced team.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content library, while supporting ongoing improvements to ensure consistent application of policies.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments, including Marketing and Install Operations, to enhance the sales process and improve the overall experience for customers and installers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and CRM/tooling enhancements in close collaboration with the Head of Sales Operations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and a consultative approach to potential clients, establishing Treehouse as a reliable authority in the electrification sector.
  • Deliver exceptional support to both prospects and partners.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role with an operational focus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and related tools.
  • Self-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented, with a strong desire to exceed objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interpersonal communication and teamwork.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in home renovation, maintenance, or repair work, or familiarity with electrical systems.
  • Background in consumer sales.
  • Demonstrated interest in climate-related fields.
