About the Position:

The Pool Butler is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable and Office Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency. The successful candidate will bring a broad spectrum of administrative expertise along with a comprehensive understanding of accounts receivable practices. In this role, you will manage invoicing, facilitate payment collections, and maintain accurate AR documentation. Exceptional prioritization and time management skills are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls while providing outstanding customer service
  • Reach out to clients regarding overdue invoices
  • Receive and accurately record customer payments
  • Create and oversee accounts receivable reports
  • Update customer accounts with payment information
  • Perform precise and efficient data entry tasks
  • Support the management team with various administrative functions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable is essential
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic office environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple phone lines
  • Background in a similar administrative capacity
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Skilled in data entry and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
