Job Overview
Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is a leading automotive service provider with nearly 300 locations across 17 states. We employ experienced, certified technicians and use state-of-the-art equipment to ensure premium total-car care. As a Manager in Training, you will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning store operations. This role offers significant management and sales experience.

Responsibilities
  • Create results for customers, teammates, and the company by consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Ensure customers receive a positive experience through courteous greetings and exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule service appointments and answer questions in person and on the phone.

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with high motivation, hands-on management skills, top-notch customer service skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on location and experience).
