Your Role

As an Account Executive at Snap Mobile, you will be responsible for driving the performance and success of your territory by executing a strategic sales plan. You will establish relationships with schools and organizations, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to grow existing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing and executing a territory plan
  • Earn credibility as an industry expert among athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators
  • Understand customer objectives and articulate relevant technology and industry trends
  • Represent Snap Mobile at events to influence sales opportunities
  • Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, club sports
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the company's systems, including HubSpot
Career Progression

In the first month, you will complete new hire onboarding, begin outreach to cultivate customer relationships, and effectively manage all steps in the sales process. Within three months, you will execute a strategic territory growth plan and feel confident in prospecting new business. In six months, you will close sales toward quarterly and annual targets and increase customer saturation and retention rates.
