Regional Business Growth Manager

National HME, Inc. is seeking a skilled Regional Business Growth Manager to join our team in South Texas. This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue increase.
About the Role
As a Regional Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding National HME's presence in Central or South Texas. You will work closely with senior management to develop sales strategies and solutions, leveraging your excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a regional-specific sales plan to increase revenue and overall census.
- Generate sales leads through market research, cold calling, attending trade shows, following up on referrals, and other lead sources.
- Maintain a balanced pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and use a defined sales process to track and close new business.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of prior sales/business development experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present effectively to groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and prior experience with CRM(s) and marketing automation platforms.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
Work Environment
This role is based in an office environment and may require travel to prospective locations within assigned territories.
