Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Addison Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in sales leadership to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry and a passion for building relationships with clients and candidates. They will be able to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, manage and motivate a team of recruiters, and ensure exceptional customer service.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.
