Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth within the Texas area. This role requires excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record of success in business development.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth within the Texas area.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with senior management and project teams to develop and execute business initiatives and partnerships.
  4. Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking events, and presentations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business, marketing, or a relevant field of study.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in business development, preferably in the A/E industry.
  • Ability to travel to support business development in Texas and neighboring states.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
