The Role

We are in search of a passionate and skilled Senior Content Strategist to enhance our Content Studio initiative. This role is pivotal in crafting and implementing content strategies that align with our clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement content strategies that enhance engagement, generate leads, and fulfill client objectives.
  • Manage multiple client projects concurrently while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee content aligns with brand standards, messaging, and audience preferences.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to uncover industry trends, audience insights, and content opportunities.
  • Offer strategic advice and recommendations to clients and writers, utilizing your comprehensive understanding of the technology sector.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the content development process, nurturing strong relationships.
  • Continuously assess and enhance content performance, using data and insights to guide future strategies.
  • Refine content workflows and processes to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Engage in high-level strategy discussions, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy or a related field, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective content strategies for multiple clients.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry, with a commitment to staying informed on trends and developments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content.
  • Proficient in cross-departmental collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
  • Agile professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and adapts strategies to meet business needs.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Experience in refining content workflows and processes is advantageous.
  • Remote work experience and managing remote teams is a plus.
