Job Overview
The position of Regional Sales Executive involves the strategic management of a specified region while effectively supporting a dedicated sales team in their pursuit of increasing sales revenue, all while upholding the professional standards of Cornerstone Building Brands.

This role encompasses the tasks of identifying prospects, qualifying leads, closing sales, and nurturing an established account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional service to current clients, secure sales orders, and establish new business connections.
- Analyze existing and potential market volumes by segment.
- Optimize sales resources to facilitate the acquisition of new clients.
- Implement a structured approach to daily activities to maximize sales opportunities within the designated region.
- Engage in sales promotions and educational sessions for customers.
- Generate leads and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Suggest pricing adjustments and adhere to established pricing frameworks.
- Assess performance outcomes and monitor competitive trends.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Investigate issues, develop solutions, and propose recommendations to management.
- Prepare and submit annual sales forecasts.
- Conduct thorough competitive analyses.
- Gather insights on market conditions, competitor pricing, product offerings, and service levels.
- Tailor sales presentations to meet client needs.
- Master the techniques for effective presentations, including overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Maintain accurate sales records and administrative documentation.
- Provide weekly sales reports as required.
- Manage communication forms and other necessary documentation.
- Develop and uphold customer profiles and maintain territory sales records.
- May be required to conduct presentations for the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
