Job SummaryThe Application Coordination role serves as the lead implementation specialist and support contact for assigned applications. This position is responsible for liaising between users and vendors, analyzing and designing system requirements, and performing system building setup and testing.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support assigned applications
- Provide end-user support and assistance
- Analyze and manage change requests
- Coordinate upgrades and system testing
- Develop and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with training team to develop training materials
- Evaluate new features, products, and technologies
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytic, and computer skills
- Knowledge of Health Information Systems, particularly the Epic suite of products
- Epic RTE Certification, Epic Cadence, Prelude, and SER
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
