About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing the productivity of our veterinary medical team, and ensuring exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and friendly experience.
  • Client Communication: Educate clients about our services, including Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and pet health needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative functions, including maintaining accurate balances, utilizing proper opening and closing procedures, and conducting other tasks as assigned.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary medical team to ensure seamless client care and maximum productivity.

  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including customer focus, peer relationships, integrity, and trust.
  • Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
  • Client Service: Consistently provide attentive, courteous, and informative service to clients.
