Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients at Patriot Bank, N.A. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling all customer transactions while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily banking transactions using the Teller Cash Recycler (TCR), including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
  • Support the branch's sales and service objectives by promoting bank products and services.
  • Maintain accurate logs and manage mail, night drop, and ATM transactions.
  • Conduct audits on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure operational integrity.
  • Perform cash drawer balancing and reconcile check transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Participate in compliance activities related to the Bank Secrecy Act and report any suspicious activities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong aptitude for mathematics and customer service.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A solid understanding of banking products and services.
Experience and Education

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in cash handling and customer service.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Word and Excel.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
