Role Summary
We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a remote, licensed Wealth Management Service Specialist in the Greater Tri-State area. While this role allows for remote work, it is essential that candidates live in proximity to the Greater Tri-State area, as occasional in-person collaboration with colleagues is vital to our organizational culture. We provide virtual interviewing and onboarding processes, along with comprehensive access to our online training and support systems. You will have the necessary tools to effectively assist our clients from home.
Purpose of Your Role
As a Wealth Management Service Specialist, your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with our high-net-worth clients, who possess assets ranging from $250,000 to $1 million, and thus have intricate service and investment requirements. In this capacity, you will play a key role in enhancing customer loyalty and fostering business development opportunities.
Value You Bring
- Engaging with clients through inbound communications, addressing their inquiries, and offering guidance on products and services.
- Executing client requests, including options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades, and other specialized financial transactions.
Required Expertise
- Series 7 certification is mandatory.
- Series 63 certification is preferred (training and support will be provided).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
- Strong technological proficiency and adaptability to new tools.
Skills You Possess
- Comprehensive knowledge of general financial planning principles.
- Demonstrated customer service, client support, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to effectively influence others and utilize consultative skills to enhance the client experience.

Compensation Overview:
The base salary range for this role is $46,000 – $75,000 annually.
Placement within this range will depend on job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary constitutes only a portion of the total compensation package. Depending on the role and eligibility criteria, the offer may also include bonuses or other variable compensation.
