Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to work with our customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment. As a Service/ Repair Technician, you will be responsible for providing quality service solutions to our customers, working with minimal direct supervision at customer sites, and meeting or surpassing weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meeting or surpassing weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals.
- Working with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
Requirements
- An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 0-2 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
- A valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
- Ability to work overtime and on-call as required.
- Ability to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.
