Associate Director of Assessment and Student Success

The Student Health and Well-Being Mental Health Services (SHWB-MHS) at The Johns Hopkins University seeks a highly motivated and organized Associate Director of Assessment and Student Success to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment focused on delivering innovative mental healthcare and supporting the well-being of a diverse community of learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop the Mental Health Services testing and assessment program and supervise a team of mental health professionals and occupational therapists.
- Provide oversight of the enrollment, outreach, and day-to-day operations of the program.
- Design psychological testing batteries, clinical interview and assessment report processes, and supervise trainees within the APA-accredited doctoral resident program.
- Provide consultation to SHWB-MHS clinical staff on matters related to assessment and diagnosis.
- Collaborate closely with all members of the MHS interdisciplinary team and interface with other university departments to support learners as they navigate their academic programs.
- Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-approved program and an APA-approved internship.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience administering psychological tests and assessments and report writing.
- Licensed as a psychologist in required jurisdiction(s) or license-eligible.
- Experience supervising trainees in testing, assessment, and clinical services.
- Experience providing individualized coaching to address academic difficulties, compensatory strategies, executive functioning skills, and other sequelae of ADHD, learning disabilities, and neurodivergence.
- Clinical experience in a university setting strongly preferred.
