Lead the Assessment Committee

Lead the Assessment Committee, a cross-functional team of professionals responsible for coordinating and implementing assessment activities across the university. This includes developing and implementing assessment protocols, providing training and support to assessment teams, and ensuring that assessment results are used to inform decision-making.

Provide Expertise and Guidance

Provide expertise and guidance to departments and units across the university on assessment best practices, data analysis, and reporting. This includes developing and delivering training programs, providing one-on-one coaching and support, and serving as a resource for assessment-related questions and concerns.

Collaborate with Senior Leadership

Collaborate with senior leadership to advance the strategic focus on student development and ensure that assessment results are used to inform decision-making. This includes developing and implementing assessment-related initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic planning, and serving as a key advisor on assessment-related matters.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree

A master's degree in a relevant field, such as higher education administration, student personnel, or counseling services.

Experience in Assessment and Evaluation

At least six years of experience in assessment and evaluation, with a focus on higher education. This includes experience in designing and implementing assessment plans, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting on assessment results.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff.

Ability to Work Independently

The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
