Collaborate with Senior LeadershipCollaborate with senior leadership to advance the strategic focus on student development and ensure that assessment results are used to inform decision-making. This includes developing and implementing assessment-related initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic planning, and serving as a key advisor on assessment-related matters.
Requirements- Master's Degree
A master's degree in a relevant field, such as higher education administration, student personnel, or counseling services.
Experience in Assessment and EvaluationAt least six years of experience in assessment and evaluation, with a focus on higher education. This includes experience in designing and implementing assessment plans, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting on assessment results.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff.
Ability to Work IndependentlyThe ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
