Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of service staff and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of service staff to ensure excellent customer service and a high level of food quality.
  • Manage the restaurant's operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role in a fine dining or similar volume, full-service chain or corporate environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
