Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business goals.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fine dining or similar volume, full-service chain or corporate environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.
