About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a fun and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a fun and memorable experience for our guests.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and customer satisfaction to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce labor costs.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing labor costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
