About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Events and Conference Coordinator to join our expanding Enterprise Client Strategy division. In this pivotal role, you will oversee comprehensive logistics for a variety of prestigious external meetings, thought leadership gatherings, and McKinstry's conference engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including site coordination, contract negotiations, and travel arrangements.
2. Facilitate effective communication with participants, handle registrations, and provide on-site support as needed.
3. Organize audiovisual equipment, collaborate with the Event Services Management team for material production, and coordinate catering and other services.
4. Maintain and analyze conference program data and reporting.
5. Conduct follow-ups post-events to ensure all logistical requirements are fulfilled and gather participant feedback.
6. Oversee accountability for post-event tasks and assignments.
7. Maintain organized conference data using advanced Excel skills and McKinstry's CRM system.
8. Compile enterprise conference budgets and analyze spending.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Highly organized, reliable, and professional with a passion for supporting others.
- Enjoys networking and engaging with diverse individuals.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other relevant tools.
