Cambria Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Showroom Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our Sales and Distribution Center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Assist trade partners and homeowners/consumers in selecting the perfect Cambria product for their needs
- Offer personalized support and guidance throughout the design process
- Manage Showroom Operations
- Oversee the overall look and feel of the showroom, ensuring a premium brand experience
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and product launches to engage customers and promote Cambria products
- Build Relationships and Drive Sales
- Develop strong relationships with field sales employees, architects, designers, and other industry professionals
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay current on the latest trends and technologies
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and improvement
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience
- One year of experience in retail, sales, or a related field; experience in the commercial or residential industry a plus
- Skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Technical proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suites, and Salesforce preferred
Cambria Corporation offers a competitive hourly rate of $22-$28/hour, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
