In this pivotal role, the emphasis is on facilitating the profitable growth of ERGO Group AG's established key reinsured clients. This entails providing high-level advisory services to primary insurance firms, encompassing both commercial and personal lines, within the designated region.

The primary focus of this advisory role is to engage with executives and senior management at the headquarters of ERGO Group AG's clients.

The core of this position is to comprehend and align with the client's distinct needs and aspirations, delivering ERGO Group AG's customized solutions that can significantly aid in their strategic objectives and direction.

A crucial element of this role is overseeing a dedicated client integration team.

This team serves not merely as a point of contact but as a strategic ally for each client, collaborating closely to deliver added value and support in achieving their specific strategies and goals.

The aim is to cultivate and sustain a mutually beneficial relationship where ERGO Group AG's expertise and solutions are seamlessly incorporated into the client's operations, fostering shared growth and success.

This position necessitates a profound understanding of the clients' sectors, challenges, and opportunities, enabling the formulation of tailored, strategic solutions that resonate with the clients' long-term vision and contribute significantly to their advancement and profitability.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree is required or equivalent professional experience.
An MBA is preferred.
CPCU or CIC or actuarial examinations are highly desirable.
7+ years of demonstrated industry experience in Commercial or Personal Lines.
Experience in business finance (P&L).
Experience in Underwriting and Operations, along with a solid understanding of marketing objectives and plans.
Familiarity with Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Reinsurance.
This position requires travel, which may include overnight stays, up to 40-50%.

Knowledge and Skills:
Consultative Selling.
Financial Acumen (Business Finance).
General Industry Knowledge.
Insurance Concepts/Knowledge.
Exceptional communication skills along with consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficient in PC skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Project management skills are desired, with a background in loss cost and rate making being a plus.
Territory/Client Management.
