Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultative delivery of our unique solutions to key and high-profile commercial and personal lines within the assigned region.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, insurance, marketing, or statistics is required. An MBA is preferred.
  • CPCU or CIC or actuarial exams are highly desirable.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in successful Commercial or Personal Lines underwriting and/or marketing positions leading to a management position.
  • Full P&L responsibilities and experience in Underwriting and Operations are essential.
  • Commercial Lines expertise with working knowledge of Personal Lines and Reinsurance is required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Leadership skills and consultative selling expertise.
  • Financial (Business Finance) knowledge and general industry expertise.
  • Excellent communications skills and proficiency in PC skills, Power Point, Excel, and Word.
  • Project management skills and loss cost and rate making background are a plus.
