We are currently seeking a Full-Time Clinical Coordinator (LCSW-C or LCPC) (in office) to oversee our mobile crisis program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide training and administrative support to the Mobile Crisis Team.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and deliver crisis intervention services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interventions.
  • Educate staff and community partners regarding available services and resources.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and other community providers to guarantee effective service delivery.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure coverage of all shifts as per contractual obligations.
  • Engage in Community Boards and Committees, and develop training sessions for the community as needed.

  • Salary Range: up to $68,640
  • This role includes 2 shifts per week along with 3 administrative shifts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience (crisis experience preferred).
  • Current licensure in the State of Maryland as LCSW-C or LCPC.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Board Approved Supervisor status, with experience in providing clinical supervision preferred.
