Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group therapy sessions, focusing on psychoeducation, process groups, and skill-building activities
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to ensure client needs are met

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Valid state licensure/certification to practice in this role (e.g., LPC or LCSW)
  • Substance abuse experience and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and set strong boundaries
