Position Overview

Nanobiosym, a pioneering organization in the field of innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Supervisor for its High-Complexity Testing CLIA Laboratory. This role is critical in advancing our mission to develop cutting-edge technologies that address various health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine appropriate testing methodologies for the clinical applications of the laboratory's test offerings.
  2. Validate testing procedures and establish performance benchmarks, ensuring accuracy and reliability for each test and system.
  3. Enroll the laboratory in a recognized proficiency testing program aligned with the services provided.
  4. Develop and maintain a robust quality control program that meets the testing requirements, ensuring consistent analytic performance.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective measures when test systems deviate from established performance standards.
  6. Guarantee that patient test results are only reported after all corrective actions have been executed and the testing systems are fully operational.
  7. Identify training requirements and facilitate ongoing training for laboratory personnel.
  8. Continuously assess the competency of testing staff to ensure high standards of performance.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations for testing personnel at six-month and twelve-month intervals during the first year, and annually thereafter, including assessments related to any changes in testing methodologies or equipment.

Qualifications:

  1. Eligibility as a Director for high-complexity testing;
  2. OR Qualification as a Technical Supervisor for high-complexity testing;
  3. OR Possession of a Doctoral degree in clinical laboratory science or a related scientific field with one year of relevant training and experience;
  4. OR A Master's degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or a related scientific discipline with one year of applicable training and experience;
  5. OR A Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or a related scientific field with one year of relevant training and experience;
  6. OR An Associate degree in medical laboratory technology (or related field) with two years of laboratory training or experience in high-complexity testing, in accordance with CLIA regulations.
