Position Overview:

As a vital member of the multidisciplinary ACCS Integrated Team, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for managing a caseload while delivering direct interventions to individuals served. This role includes conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing clinical interventions, as well as providing guidance and oversight to assigned Program Managers and Engagement Partners in executing these interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the Primary Clinician for a caseload not exceeding 28 individuals.
  2. Identify and adapt engagement strategies tailored to each individual's circumstances and preferences.
  3. Oversee clinical assessments and treatment plans for assigned individuals.
  4. Incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment planning and intervention selection, ensuring alignment with each individual's readiness and interests.
  5. Utilize recovery-oriented language and principles in all communications with individuals, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  6. Develop and implement safety plans and clinical risk response strategies for team members.
  7. May supervise assigned Engagement Partners, including responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  8. Collaborate with Care Coordination Entities and other service providers to facilitate access to essential medical and clinical resources during crises and transitions.
  9. Complete all required documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and service notes, in a timely and comprehensive manner.
  10. Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Integrated Team by participating in administrative duties and on-call coverage as needed.
  11. Provide crisis assessment and intervention support during scheduled work hours and on-call periods.

Qualifications:
  • License-eligible MSW or MHC graduates.
  • LCSW candidates must pass the licensure exam within six months.
  • LMHC candidates must pass the licensure exam within two years, with clinical supervision provided.
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting individuals with mental health challenges in achieving community integration and access to quality services.
  • Flexibility in work schedule as required.
  • Strong professional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and effective time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in word processing and computer applications.
  • MAP, CPR, and First Aid certifications required within three months of hire.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
