Sr Clinical Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee phase-appropriate program management for clinical stage programs by pinpointing critical development goals and collaborating with project and functional leaders to ensure timely and budget-compliant progression through development phases.
- Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams with diverse expertise—covering clinical operations, medical, regulatory affairs, biometrics, safety, quality, and supply—fostering transparent communication and knowledge sharing. Act as the central coordinator for integrating timelines with departments such as Finance, CMC, and Translational Science.
- Meeting Management: Lead team meetings, including the Program Core Team (PCT), by defining objectives, capturing and disseminating meeting outcomes, action items, and ensuring follow-up on critical actions.
- Strategic Execution: Ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution across all key development functions.
- Tracking and Metrics: Innovate and manage tracking systems and metrics, converting complex data into actionable insights to drive project and program advancement.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, track, and address discrepancies in priorities and plans, manage multiple conflicting responsibilities, and propose resolution options.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to anticipate and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient program execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular program status updates to company stakeholders, including senior management, and create compelling presentations for board meetings, investors, and key stakeholders to highlight progress and potential.
- Team Environment: Contribute to a positive team atmosphere that promotes trust, encourages robust debate, and ensures clear, transparent communication.
- Function Development: Design and build the Program Management function to support company growth, taking a hands-on approach to content creation and strategy execution.
