Business Development/Contract Growth Manager

At K2 Group, Inc., we are seeking a highly experienced IDIQ/MAC Contract Vehicle Lead to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in federal capture and business development.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional with 5-7 years of experience managing and capturing IDIQ/MAC Task Orders proposals on multiple vehicles as a Vehicle Manager. As an IDIQ/MAC Contract Vehicle Lead, you will lead growth and capture efforts on company IDIQ and MAC contract vehicles.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as Program Manager for current and future company GWACs and ID IQ/MAC Vehicles, in non-core accounts, to ensure full contract compliance and timely internal and external task order communications.
- Lead the company Growth Team, advising senior management in setting the strategic direction to ensure maximum benefit of Multiple-Award Contracts.
- Educate potential government customers, industry partners, and internal team members on the company value proposition and the features and benefits of the contract vehicles.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of winning business on IDIQ/MAC vehicles.
