Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to lead our IDIQ contract growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in business development, capture management, and proposal development to drive revenue growth for our organization.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth and capture efforts on our IDIQ contracts. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing capture strategies to achieve/exceed revenue targets
- Leading the company Growth Team to advise senior management on strategic direction and ensure maximum benefit of Multiple-Award Contracts
- Educating potential government customers, industry partners, and internal team members on the company value proposition and the features and benefits of the contract vehicles
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to conduct market and industry research and perform analyses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning business on IDIQ/MAC vehicles and experience working with contracting vehicles such as OASIS, Alliant, GSA-MAS, USAF Netcents, and ebuy.
We offer a competitive salary of $115,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
