As an Account Executive with Merlin International, Inc., you will find pressing cybersecurity challenges facing our customers and bring together the resources needed to solve them. You'll work with a portfolio of leading enterprise software providers, top-notch emerging technologies, and a network of procurement enabling strategies to make it possible and easy for our customers to acquire and use cybersecurity software tools. Your primary goal is to be a customer advocate and use deep customer knowledge matched with creative alignment of technologies and acquisition practices to get the right software in use as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand your customer's needs and preferences
- Actively engage with customers through various channels to provide relevant information and updates
- Develop and mature your pipeline by leveraging your passion for cybersecurity, entrepreneurial creativity, and in-depth understanding of challenges facing stakeholders in your territory
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales and Account Management
- Experience in lead generation and customer service
- Preferred experience with the Institute for Security Governance (ISG)
- Contract negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of cybersecurity industry and products
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
