  • Creating and organizing new job folders for efficient document management.
  • Performing filing, copying, and mail processing tasks.
  • Maintaining calendars to assist with scheduling and meeting deadlines.
  • Scanning documents and reviewing weekly timesheets for accuracy.
  • Managing vacation requests and ensuring timely approvals.
  • Arranging lunches and catering for meetings and events.
  • Completing other administrative duties as assigned.
