Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
2. Manage shipping and receiving tasks efficiently.
3. Conduct financial reconciliations and process bank deposits.
4. Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy.

As you demonstrate your capabilities, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, such as key holder duties and store opening and closing tasks.

Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess retail and/or administrative experience, showcasing the organizational skills necessary to support the smooth operation of our store. You will play a vital role in enhancing our overall success and profitability.

Our Administrative Specialists collaborate closely with our corporate office, serving as a crucial link in communicating programs and initiatives to the store. They are proactive problem solvers who help maintain a clean and inviting environment that fosters sales and ensures safe working conditions.

While prior experience in the jewelry sector is not mandatory, a willingness to learn about our products, policies, and procedures is essential for effectively managing exchanges, returns, sales, and gift transactions.

This role includes participation in mandatory training sessions designed to enhance your ability to support the store manager, sales team, and our valued customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Recommended six months of retail and/or administrative experience.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
