We are currently in search of a qualified:
MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST (CNA)
Full-Time, Day Shift (7 AM - 3 PM)
Role Responsibilities:
- Administers medications to residents in accordance with established protocols.
- Processes medication orders, documents accordingly, and ensures timely receipt and administration of medications.
- Conducts essential nursing procedures, including monitoring vital signs and providing necessary treatments.
- Adheres to universal precautions and safety protocols to protect both residents and staff.
- Engages with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of nursing and medication management.
- Observes residents closely, promptly reporting any changes in their condition to the appropriate parties.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nurse's Aide or have completed the required training and company-specific medication administration program.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, with the ability to perform this task multiple times during a shift.
