Job Title: Practice Administrator

At RMA Network, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and administering the day-to-day operations of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee the budget for the practice, ensuring that company goals are met, and monitor clinic expenditures.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Engage in leadership meetings with Regional Management to present key practice metrics for strategic business planning.
  • Compliance and Quality: Implement necessary SOPs to ensure the practice is compliant with company metrics and goals.
  • Team Leadership: Provide overall leadership to the clinic, ensuring that all team members have a clear understanding of their roles, expectations, and goals.
  • Culture and Values: Foster a culture that embodies IVIRMA's values and promotes a positive work environment.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that tasks performed by all positions at the practice locations are aligned with company-wide and/or agreed-upon approaches.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including patients and team members.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with team leaders to conduct performance evaluations and complete any required disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma with a minimum of 10 years' related internal and/or external work experience in the same or similar service industry, preferably healthcare or hospitality.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' progressive supervisory/managerial experience, with a minimum of 3 years' income statement management experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems, extensive experience in financial management, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and in-depth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations.
