We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Representative to join our team at The Auto Club Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors, driving the adoption of AAA programs, and ensuring the highest level of service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and recruit new contractors, onboard them to our programs, and ensure they meet our high standards.
- Contractor Performance Management: Conduct regular visits to contractors, monitor their performance, and provide guidance and support to help them improve.
- Member Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve member complaints and claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Duties: Complete administrative tasks related to contractor management, including filing and maintaining documentation, researching industry best practices, and coordinating contractor group meetings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong background in automotive repair or customer service.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in coaching and developing others.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to review business situations and develop strategies to support a successful business model.
