The Executive Director Role

We're seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our senior living community and drive our mission forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for enhancing the overall resident experience through comprehensive leadership and operational management. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing and sustaining a culture of unparalleled service and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a culture of exceptional service and long-term growth
  • Oversee operational management, goal setting, and achievement
  • Supervise, motivate, and empower employees and leaders to deliver outstanding results
  • Provide ongoing oversight of financial results, including expense monitoring, budget preparation, and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, procedures, practices, and philosophy
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, required
  • Eight or more years' work experience, with a track record of increasing responsibilities
  • Experience managing large teams of 30 or more employees, required
  • Experience in assisted living, highly preferred
  • Experience providing hospitality-focused service in a healthcare or senior living community, preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
  • Proficiency in all aspects of administration, including leadership, human resources, and general business operations
  • Special sensitivity for and knowledge of seniors' health trends, quality of life concerns, and memory care related topics
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating environment and Microsoft Office Suite
