Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our office operations. This role will perform a variety of administrative tasks to drive company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondence and formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Visit maintenance for Personal attendants
  • Experience in Payroll preparation on ADP

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
