About the Role

This role plays a dual part in supporting architectural design and managing administrative aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of both architecture and construction processes, ensuring efficient project coordination and execution according to design intent, regulatory requirements, and budgetary constraints.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design Support: Assist architects in preparing design documents, including drawings, specifications, and material selections.
  • Coordination: Work with engineering consultants, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate various project elements.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain architectural drawings and documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with architectural design and intent.
  • Construction Administrative Duties: Organize and maintain project documentation, communicate with the architectural team, construction team, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Skill Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and regulatory requirements.
Qualification and Benefits

A bachelor's degree in architecture and 5-10 years of related experience are required.
