About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our construction operations department, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to construction managers and supervisors, including preparing reports, tracking project progress, and coordinating meetings.
  • Invoicing and Collections: Manage invoicing processes, ensure timely payments from customers, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Purchase Orders and Expenses: Process purchase orders, track expenses, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, providing insights to management on project performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, purchasing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
Compensation

The estimated hourly wage for this position is $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
