Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator with DuraServ, you will play a vital role in the Sales Operations Department by providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include accurate information processing that has significant financial implications for the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Review National Account Machine Statements to guarantee all invoices are properly accounted for and customer billings are accurate and complete.
- Prepare department-related reports, including monthly projections and MTD revenue totals.
- Process information to ensure accurate reporting to supporting departments when equipment is delivered.
- Manage external communication requests from partners, vendors, and customers.
- Suggest process or workflow improvements.
- Meet with operations to collect billing information.
- Participate in weekly meetings to report billing progress and monthly projections.
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Communicate progress and roadblocks with management.
- Meet monthly billing deadlines.
- High school diploma required.
- 3+ years of related experience in customer service, data entry, or office administration.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Accounting experience preferred.
This role operates primarily in an office environment, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The work environment demands team cohesiveness and may involve extended hours at the end of the month to meet deadlines.
