Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, research, and generate potential business opportunities, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to win new client accounts, with a strong focus on recurring IT services such as Managed Services Agreements (MSAs) and cloud solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Create and implement sales plans that outline clear objectives, targets, and timelines, focusing on achieving MRR growth.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning Tekscape's services as the solution.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record (5+ years) of successful sales experience, with a focus on acquiring new accounts for IT Managed Services providers, particularly in the SMB market.
  • Strong knowledge of MRR-based services, including managed IT services, Cisco, Microsoft solutions, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with sales methodologies, prospecting, and negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
