About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Ajilon Professional Staffing. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email, and social media
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
