We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Billion KIA of Missoula. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and delivering a minimum number of vehicles per month, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive ownership experience.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month
- Write complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
- Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services within the industry
- Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to customer satisfaction
- Maintain a prospect development system
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
We offer a stable income with a guaranteed base salary, volume bonuses, and an annual bonus for all sales associates. No earning caps Our dealership offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a 401(K) with an employer match after one year of employment.
