Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

Sales and Revenue Growth Manager RoleEstimated Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year based on location and experience.
Responsibilities:- Prospect new sales leads by identifying, developing, and maintaining professional relationships with key clients and associations, spending more than 50% of the workday/week away from the office.
- Identify and seek out potential business in the local market, maintaining relationships with local companies and key people to increase the hotel's visibility within the local market.
- Focused prime selling time (10a – 3p) on direct sales efforts only.
- Create and manage sales solicitations and presentations specific to assigned properties/brands.
- Negotiate all aspects of the sales contract to leverage profitability while achieving client expectations.
- Maintain positive STAR report numbers in areas of occupancy, average daily rate, and Revpar.
- Assist in the development of property budgets and forecasts, operating within them.
- Develop and maintain market awareness to predict revenue opportunities and set proactive sales strategies.
- Achieve budgeted revenue goals consistently by utilizing training, tools, and procedures provided.
- Minimum 3 years of hospitality sales and or management experience.
- Ability to organize multiple projects, manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience at properties of similar size and quality.
