Job Description:We're seeking a skilled Membership and Community Engagement Director to drive sales and revenue growth at our studio. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, engaging with the local community, and promoting our studio to potential members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for increasing studio revenue through events and promotions.
- Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members.
As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
